Return & Exchange Policy
Our Policy is Simple:
We stand firmly behind the quality of our furniture. Because we meticulously inspect each item before delivery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect ordering, or minor cosmetic variations.
We Only Accept Exchanges for Defective Products:
Your satisfaction is paramount. If your furniture arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit due to our carrier, we will gladly arrange an exchange for the identical item.
Key Conditions for Exchange
- Definition of Defect: A qualifying defect is a flaw in materials or workmanship originating from the manufacturing process, or damage occurring during transit before delivery was completed. Damage caused by the customer, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, or minor imperfections inherent in natural materials (like wood grain variations) do not qualify.
- Reporting Timeframe: You must notify us of any suspected defect within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your furniture promptly upon receipt.
- Proof Required: To initiate an exchange, you must provide:
- Your original order number.
- Clear photographs and/or video clearly demonstrating the defect or transit damage.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Approval Process: All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our customer service team based on the provided evidence. We reserve the right to inspect the item.
- Exchange Process (Approved Claims Only):
- Once approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the defective item at no cost to you.
- We will then ship a replacement of the identical item.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the identical item. If unavailable, we will work with you on a suitable resolution, which may include store credit (at our discretion).
- Shipping Costs: We cover all shipping costs associated with the pickup of the defective item and delivery of the replacement for approved claims.
Important Exclusions
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including for defective items. Our sole obligation for a verified defect is an exchange as described above.
- Assembled or Modified Items: Furniture that has been assembled, altered, modified, or intentionally damaged by the customer is not eligible for exchange.
- Final Sale/Clearance: Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “As-Is” are explicitly excluded from this exchange policy.
- Warranty: This policy covers defects discovered upon delivery or within 30 days. Separate manufacturer warranties may apply for issues arising later; please refer to your product documentation.
