Terms and conditions for online

The following Terms and Conditions apply only to orders placed via the Eco Links Pte Ltd website.

Eco Links Pte Ltd ("Eco Links Pte Ltd ", "we", or "us") reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they are posted. Any such changes will be posted on this section of the website and your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the prevailing terms and conditions. You will be requested to read and accept these terms and conditions every time you place an order. For this reason, we encourage you to review them whenever you use this website to ensure that you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions. We also recommend to all our customers to print and retain a copy of the terms and conditions for future reference.

1.Purchase of products
1. Creating the Contract
1.1 After you have submitted your order you will receive an order acknowledgement email from us. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement and not acceptance of your order.
1.2 We reserve the right to decline all or part of any order for whatever reason and should this occur we will contact you with these details.
1.3 If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and will refund to you any sum paid by you to us in respect of the contract as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of the cancellation of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
1.4 The creation of the contract between you and us will take place upon the successful delivery or collection of any part of your order unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order as outlined in 1.2. 
1.5 It is recommended that you retain all emails relating to your order.
1.6 The details of your specific order are filed by us. Should you want any information regarding your order you may contact us.
1.7 If you want to make any changes to your order, e-mail us further assistance. Please note that when merchandise is ordered at different times we cannot guarantee colour matching due to variations between batches. Changing an order may cause a delay with your delivery time and may alter the price you have been quoted.

2. Payment
2.1 After submitting your order online, you will receive an acknowledgment email from us within the next 48hr.
2.2 When you place your order, you agree to make a transfer to our company account. Currently we only accept payment through bank transfer.  If we have not received payment on your end, we shall not be obliged to make delivery to you and will not do so until payment is collected.
2.3 We reserve the right to decline all or part of any payment for whatever reason and should this occur we will contact you with these details.
2.4 All prices and charges on this website are quoted in SGD Singapore dollars. Prices include GST unless otherwise stated but exclude delivery charges.
2.5 If we discover an error in the quoted price of goods that you have ordered, then we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

3Delivery of goods to you
3.1 We will deliver the goods you have ordered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place your order. 
3.2 We aim to deliver your furniture within the time below:

  • Ready Items                       – 3 to 5 working days
  • Custom-made Items         – 8 to 12 weeks


These are quoted as the estimated length of time that we believe we can deliver the order to you based on stock levels and/or delivery times provided to us from our suppliers. Where multiple items have been ordered, we will endeavour to deliver them all together before the longest delivery time quoted, unless a split delivery is specifically requested. A requested split delivery will be subject to a further delivery charge. If the circumstances of your order change, we will contact you. If, however, your order is delayed due to circumstances that are beyond our control, then we cannot accept any liability for any losses incurred as a consequence of that delay. 
3.3 We do not have the storage space to store items for any period of time of more than 3 months.
3.4 You will become the owner of the goods at the time of delivery provided we have received payment in full, however you will be liable for their loss or destruction in any case.
3.5 Where applicable, and this is in most cases, our expert Delivery Service team will carefully install your new furniture in your home, exactly where you want it (subject to access). They will then remove all wrappings and packaging and dispose of them for you. 
3.6 All deliveries will be pre booked and must be signed for. Please note that there may be an additional charge for failed delivery where the failure to deliver is no fault of ours, or where less than 48 hours’ notice is given of a customer cancellation. 

3.7 Our delivery charges and installations charges are intended to cover the processing your order, handling and packing the products. For Orders above $500, delivery will be free.

Shipping rate are as follow:

  • $0 -  $50 = $10
  • $50.01 - $200 = $20
  • $200.01 - $500 = $40
  • $500.01 and above = $0


We currently deliver within Singapore only. 

4.Access to the destination room
4.1 Before placing an order, please check that the items of furniture will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways on the way to the destination room.
4.2 Should you have any concerns over access, then please note them on the comments box on your order or contact us by email for further assistance. 


5.Not Present To Accept Delivery /Wrong Delivery Address

5.1 For mail orders items e.g Lighting, Cushion, Rugs, Homeware, which are typical in small packaging sizes, we dispatch these orders through our logistic partners to process the delivery. On the day of delivery, you will get a notification via SMS or call.

5.2 If you are not there to take the delivery, you may choose to reschedule to a different date, get it received by your apartment security, or send to a local post office for collection. If items are returned to our distribution centre, our Customer Service team will reschedule for another delivery, with a restocking fee of 10% per delivery order for invoice valued below S$500, or S$100 per delivery order for invoice valued above S$500. This restocking fee also applies for in- home delivery services (bulky delivery).


6. Cancellation  

6.1 If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours from date of purchase and there will be no additional charges incurred. Please email us at sales@ecolinks.com.sg to process this request.

6.2 Any cancellation after 24 hours from date of purchase will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% per item.

6.3 All refunds will take 14 days to process and will be credited back to the original mode of payment. However, Eco Links reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.


7. Damaged or Defective Goods
Every effort will be made to ensure that the goods you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect.
7.1 Before goods acceptance, you must check for damaged or missing items, defects and other non-compliances. Once our delivery movers leave the premises, Eco Links Pte Ltd is not responsible for any damages or missing parts. Please email us together with photos attached on the defects with your specific problems within 3 working days upon delivery.
•     Our customer care team will then contact you to arrange a technician to visit and inspect the goods and discuss your options including returning the goods or repairing the problem to manufacturing standards, generally within 14 days. If he/she is unable to resolve the matter on the first visit and parts are required, we will endeavour to source them as quickly as possible.
•    ii. In the event that a repair cannot be made, we will replace the furniture, offer a reselection to the value of the purchase price less any discounts.





8. Cancellation by Us
8.1 We reserve the right not to accept any order request if:
8.1.1 we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
8.1.2 one or more of the goods ordered was incorrectly described or priced on the website;
8.1.3 the payment transaction is not authorised; or
8.2 If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will refund to you any sum paid by you to us in respect of the contract as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of the cancellation of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.


9. Contractual Capacity
9.1 In order to be eligible to enter into a contract with us to purchase goods through the website you must:-

9.1.1 provide the required information including your real name, payment details including your card address; your delivery address if different from your card address; email address and telephone number;
9.1.2 be over the age of 18.




10.1. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”), Eco Links Pte Ltd seeks your consent to collect and use your personal data (i.e. Name, contact numbers, mailing and email addresses to disclose such personal data to Eco Links Pte Ltd Affiliated Partners where necessary (“Purposes”).

10.2. Eco Links Pte Ltd will also collect and use your personal data to provide you with information on delivery schedule and promotions.

10.3. Eco Links Pte Ltd respects your privacy and assures that your personal data will be kept securely according to PDPA.

10.4. I hereby give my acknowledgement and consent to Eco Links Pte Ltd to use my personal data for the aforesaid Purposes and Services. In the event that I have registered my Singapore telephone numbers(s) with the Do Not Call Registry and wish to withhold or withdraw my consent to Eco Links Pte Ltd in respect of receiving telephone calls and/or SMS, I endeavour to provide sufficient notice to Eco Links Pte Ltd of such as soon as reasonably practicable. I further agree to indemnify Eco Links Pte Ltd against any financial penalties imposed by the Personal Data Protection Commission or any court of law in Singapore as a direct or indirect result of my failure to inform Eco Links Pte Ltd of my registration with the Do Not Call Registry.

10.5. I agree that my consent will remain.
